History of The Estate

This engineering marvel, designed by the family along with architect D.C. Broadstone ll, was carved out of the limestone cliffs of Possum Kingdom Lake. It was meticulously planned and designed over a one-year period ensuring no detail was neglected. The construction took three years, with the discerning craftsmanship required to tastefully layer the home into the cliffs. Constructing the great room required layering 70 tons of steel for support! In addition, an estimated 15 concrete piers were drilled into the cliffs to anchor the home! This is undeniably the ultimate lake house retreat on Possum Kingdom Lake.
